HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Since 2011 the Pyjama Project Inc. has been providing new, winter pyjamas to children in schools where there is a need.  We have been providing pyjamas to the same schools year after year and incrementally adding schools.  If you are interested in recommending a school, please email us at:  pyjamaprojectinc@gmail.com

WHERE DO THE PYJAMAS COME FROM?

The Pyjama Project Inc. officially launches every September.  We require new pyjamas or monetary donations to purchase pyjamas.  Email pyjamaprojectinc@gmail.com or contact Carmela Wade (204-)510-3094 for drop off information.

CAN I RECEIVE A TAX RECEIPT FOR MY MONETARY DONATION?

Absolutely Yes!  This year the Pyjama Project Inc. has received charitable status.  (Press here to donate now).  We have teamed up with CanadaHelps.org to make it easy to make a monetary donation and receive a tax receipt.

WHAT KINDS OF PYJAMAS ARE REQUIRED?

We accept new pyjamas (long sleeves, long bottoms….. NO SUMMER PYJAMAS PLEASE). Children size 6, up to and including Adult XL.

HOW CAN I SPONSOR AN ENTIRE CLASSROOM?

Sponsoring an entire classroom means that you (or your group/club, etc.) agree to purchase pyjamas for an entire classroom.  Approximately 20 to 25 students.  You are given a list of required pyjamas for a complete class with specific sizes to purchase.  When all pyjamas are purchased for that class, pyjamas are dropped off (unwrapped).  Our team of volunteers wrap and label all the pyjamas.
