Our Organization

Pyjama Project Inc. in Winnipeg, Manitoba is a volunteer-run organization.  Every child deserves a new pair of pyjamas, especially during the Holiday season. Pyjama Project Inc. collects donations of new, cozy pyjamas (long sleeves, long bottoms.... NO SUMMER PYJAMAS PLEASE - children size 6, up to and including adult XL), as well as monetary donations. We are directly affiliated with specific schools, providing every child in these schools with new pyjamas.  The pyjamas are wrapped, labelled and delivered to the schools during the month of December. Our History

Pyjama Project Inc. began at Brooklands School in 2011.  Every year since then, the project has grown incrementally.  Schools involved in the program include:  Brooklands School, Heritage School, Stevenson-Britannia School, Dufferin School, William Whyte School, Lord Selkirk School, Freedom International School, St. Aidens Alternative School, Machray School, Crestview School, Strathcona School, Westgrove School, King Edwards School, Buchanan School, Champlain School, Shaughnessy School, Fort Rouge School, and David Livingstone School. Pyjama Project Inc. is a 100% volunteer run and donation based, and is managed by the Pyjama Project Inc. committee. To date, we have provided over 12,000 pairs of new pyjamas to children.
